Assist Head Coach and Coaching Staff with:
· Game and practice preparation
· Opponent film breakdown
· Monitoring offensive tendencies
· Weekly breakdown of opponents film
· Tracking tendencies of opponents
· Managing offensive practice scripts
· Recording offensive tendencies/self-scouting
· Travel with team
· Importing offensive play calls into DVSport
· Monitoring student-athletes at mealtimes
· Other duties as assigned by Head Coach and Offensive Staff

Looks like the duties that I would imagine an Offensive Quality Control Coach might have. Currently 2 young Coaches in that role. Perhaps one of them has a great Position Coach offer and is moving on.

Could be. The full time and recruiting nature of the duties had me thinking otherwise not least because Mike London is putting together a new staff at William & Mary and has gotten a recent follow.

Yeah...I was wondering about the NCAA rules around QC Coaches contact with prospects. Full-time is not a ‘problem’ as these QC jobs are full-time, I believe....BUT....I just went back and looked at the posting and saw this...

5. Assists with organizes and conducting all practices.

Those QC job guys are NOT allowed to Coach ‘on-the-field.’...So, I think my initial thought was wrong. This DOES look like an Offensive Position Coach Job Posting...due to #5. Sorry for the initial misinterpretation.
