My - granted, probably dumb - rules.
Who is closest to the ACTUAL SCORE?

Example. Must Give me score of both teams
Say the real score is Furman 30, VMI 20

One guy says 'I guess Furman 30 and VMI 10.
Guy two guesses 'Furman 27 and VMI 17. Guy TWO wins as his combined miss was by 6 points (off 3 on Furman and off 3 on VMI). Despite guy one impressively hitting the Furman score exact his total “miss margin” was by 10 as he was off 10 on VMI

To be eligible for the prestigous win you must correctly pick the winning team !!!
I’ll start with a guess of Furman 23 and VMI 14.
What do you all say? Let’s see who gets closest !

I hope you all are right !! I will say relative scores from teams "near" us in the SoCon have been 31-16 Wofford won but was trailing VMI in the 4th Q AT Wofford... then Citadel won 13-10 over VMI but was also trailing in 4th Q.

I will take ANY win and some improvement! Let's see improvement

After a week off aging & healing, even though still stewing about the NCAA/SoCon denials of Furman’s respectful request for a Team Redshirt for the 2024 season, the Paladins will be prepared to face the Keydets. FUBeAR expects this one to be a battle as VMI can look ahead on their schedule, see 3 of the current top 4 SoCon Teams, and conclude this game may be their only chance for a win this season. But FU’s excellent Brain Trust had 2 weeks to prepare, while the Roo’s were getting hammered (again) by the other of the Top 4 Teams. Winning FU game plans and a rejuvenated group of youngsters is the difference here.
