Can someone please tell me the practice times this week?

for each day including tomorrow ...thanks !!!

And are they open to the public,?

At this time of the year, they are usually from 4 to 6 PM. Open to the public. Just park on the grass on the hill overlooking the fields. You can check the time to make sure by calling the football office.
