Know it was tough today. But please BEAT CITADEL with their option like Wofford and two things happen-
1) you will have beaten Wofford and Citadel so both our local South Carolina Rivals. You will have bragging rights !
2) you can still win a SoUthern Conference Ring ! It's possible
Wofford has one loss
ETSU now has a loss
Mercer has one loss
Furman has 2 losses
Samford has 2 losses
Chattanooga has 2 losses
If we won out that would put a second loss on Mercer. And we would put a third loss on Chattanooga. That's in our control ... If we win out vs Citadel, Chattanooga, VMI, and Mercer we would only need Wofford and ETSU to lose to someone else which could definitely happen.
Guys we are behind you ... It was just some tough breaks today. Regroup and show that awesome OPTION DEFENSE we saw vs Wofford. Be aggressive and hit them in the mouth !!! Beat citadel !!! There are lots of Furman fans pulling for you !
