Elon's beatable and we're at home.

Incarnate Word has a high flying offense, but they haven't played a lot of tough teams this season.

Looks like we avoid cold weather teams most of the tournament, so that's a bonus.

Richmond at Furman in the 3rd round then FU at Samford in the semis.

If we can get to Incarnate Word, and with as many Texas connections as we have, I bet we'd have a pretty good showing in San Antonio.

Looked like the deciding factor for a few of the bubble teams was "blue blood" money. Delaware and Montana.

On the NCAA web site it says that Furman has the fourth most appearances in the history of the football tourney with 19 appearances. Ahead of us are UNI, EKU and Montana.

Those are the programs that have really been generally good at this level for a long period of time and still play FCS football.
