All you can do is work to be in a position to play these sorts of meaningful games.

During some of the malaise of some of the last 15 years, I think our football team lost a bit how to play in big meaningful games. It's been a long time since SoCon teams were colliding late in the season with literally everything on the line.

While I think this weekend if great I don’t think it’s a must win. I believe we can lose to Mercer and beat Woff and have everything in front of us. If we get in playoffs it’s 0-0, they said I hope we beat Mercer !

If we lose tomorrow we have entered the Land of "Maybe". Go Dins!

I am skeptical we get in playoffs with loss to Mercer. No respect at all for Southern Conference. It is time to seize the moment and take care of business ourselves!

Sammy is up on UTC 21-7 so if UTC loses FU would have the tiebreaker head to head. Just beat Mercer and all doubt is gone.

I am glad things went our way this weekend. Cherish and enjoy, apaladin!

But I would be remiss if I failed to point out that one of your cherished beliefs bit the dust last night: the theory that Furman under CCH would never beat Mercer with CDC at the controls.

CCH didn't so much out-X & O CDC. He out-Johnny & Joe-ed him. His guys played harder and better than Drew's.
