Not the Place you want to See our name but I figured it would be there.

Glad to see we stayed 14th !!! That’s huge if the team can refocus And win a few here. That means an 8-4 FU team probably is in playoffs as we would be top 25 —- like I said a few weeks ago ... and caught Some heck for postulating that :D It’s just slot voting. Once you are in the poll it’s so much easier to stay

Again COACHES poll is what committee acknowledged they look at for some guidance - nice that Princeton and Dartmouth aren’t eligible for playoffs -We just need to win and Beat western !!!

Amazing how much being in the poll from the year before makes.

Furman (4-3, 3-1)
Wofford (4-2,3-1)

Of course two of our losses are to FBS teams. But still, as we have said before, where you finish in the poll the preceding year is huge.

We just need to take care of business on the field.

In the end you're really just comparing FCS results, just like you won't count their Clemson game, so its basically

FU 4-1
Woffy 4-2

The polls weren’t terribly punishing and still puts Furman in solid position.

Of course, we still have Point to play, so we don’t need to drop anymore SoCon games.

Yep. As Jackal and others have noted. Once in the poll it’s harder to fall out and I think we could lose one game and maybe in playoff at 8-4
