I may not make the watch party...

I have CHARTER (basic or regular) but couldn't get the ACC Network the other day - help here.

Do I have to get an upgrade (someone mentioned the 'Gold package' ?)... or do I just get the ACC Network activated on my current basic package (IE, is ACC network available on regular Charter or do I have to go by and pay for an upgrade? if so, to which level do I upgrade?
CHARTER is not known for the most knowledgeable people though w Clemson being on ACC etc maybe they have had enough requests they know the answer... )

thanks in advance !

ACCN games show up on the ESPN app, although I don’t know if you have to be a subscriber to a provider that carries the network to be able to view them. Works fine for me, but I have DirecTV. FU/VT game already listed there for tomorrow.

Supposedly ACCN is on channel 341 or 339. Should be available on all packages but don't quote me on that.

If you have Charter but are "grandfathered" in from an older company, you will have to upgrade to get ACCN. Regular Charter subscribers should get it. (Check 341 or 312) ESPN streaming app only allows it if your cable provider carries it- so don't get it even though I pay for ESPN+ service.
What you can do is sign up for a free trial of YouTube TV which does carry ACCN. As long as you have a Firestick, Apple TV, of other device to allow streaming, set up isn't complicated and you can cancel within the trial period and be charged nothing. I thought about keeping YouTube TV but it doesn't allow you to get ESPN 3 which many more of our games are on, so I'm still searching for the perfect solution. Hope that helps...

Midlands. Thanks. I have Charter basic and ESPN app and ESPN+ (Pay) but last time I tried it wouldn’t let watch ACCN on TV or ESPN app so I think you are right that it’s all tied to the provider ... thanks. I’ll see if Charter can tell me anything

Since this is our first game in ACCN it’s my first real try to get this going. Entirely possible I missed it.

I have YouTube TV ACC Network is on there - you just have to add it as a new streaming channel.

Thanks. They SAY. I haven’t been home to see ... that I was on a grandfathered Charter package (it was a Charter package but older digital package) and needed to upgrade to the current spectrum select where it should be in 341. Thanks to all !

Got it. Thanks! Yep. My charter package was too old for it to automatically add the ACCN. I had to go and get on the more recent Charter package and you all are right the ‘basic’ has ACCN. Well, the Select. Basic then Select then silver... only need Select

The ACC Network is on Charter Spectrum 341. I am one of those "old" customers, so I was on an old plan. Some of my friends said it took about a hour on the phone to get ACC added. Not me. I clicked on the "Chat" button and was able to get it accomplished in less than 10 minutes. It was easy. You can use the attached link to chat. Be sure to sign in using your Charter ID and password so you can get personalized service. https://www.spectrum.com/contact-us

I had to upgrade to silver package. 341 comes in, 339 flips right to 341.
