Paul, I was just lookin' at that. Great minds think alike and so do we! More depth is great - so now we have 5 guards McKinney, Kroeber, Harris, Johanning and Clark Daniel. Maybe we can redshirt Johanning esp w 4 game rule. He looks to be a good one and would love to have him redshirt.

A lot of switching of DBs from one corner to the other too. Blackshear was backing up Trapp at BC now Blackshear is on FC (probably in part bc of Weems). Chizik was a FC and now is BC. Kearse appears to have returned as FC

I noticed last week that Thomas Gordon is quickly climbing our all time receiving charts. He passed Bear Reinhart on Saturday for receiving yards.

Gordon is 441 yards away from going down as Furman's all time leading receiver in yards (currently held by Andrej Suttles). At the pace he's on this year year, he may do that by mid-season.

Also slightly interesting is that Gordon may well eclipse that mark in far fewer catches. His 16.1 ypc average is significantly higher than Suttles and Mims, who hold the top two spots.

If he keeps this pace, he could be Furman's all time leading receiver on something like 40 or 50 fewer catches than Suttles.
