Nice TD - good to screen if they are going to blitz! Objectively surprised at how well VMI is defending the run. Say what you will I knew the QB would put some O on us. Most predicted 40-20 ... so far I’m impressed w the VMI run D

Sisson looks a little uncomfortable so far. Maybe because the lines not blocking.
Not getting anything up the middle. Just goes to show how bad WCU is. 10 carries 14 yds in the first qtr. 
That turf is terrible. Even the refs are sliding and falling.
All he had to do was tap the punt out of bounds instead of tryng to fall on it.
Footing sucks. Furmans gonna need to play this in a phone booth. Play action game is going to struggle with the field conditions.

The goal is usually to make a team one dimensional ... VMI IS ONE DIMENSIONAL. Like 3/4 runs total - almost all passes and we can’t handle it.

Shockingly poor display by the offense, but maybe it shouldn't be that shocking at this point.
Not sure but I think our OL Is way over-rated. Very poor clock management even with the TD.
Kicking game is very concerning. All facets of it.

Good play call on the bootleg for a TD. Special teams was an area of concern I flagged last week. We get the ball first in 2nd half. First drive will be crucial in terms of possibly taking control of this game.
