FUBear I don't see Kennesaw St. or Jacksonville St. tumbling very far. KSU barely lost to an FBS team. JSU lost to NC A&T but A&T just beat East Carolina.
maybe not in your poll, but they will in FUBeAR’s poll.

Speaking of NC A&T, they are now 2-0 with wins over Jax State and ECU. But WOW do they win UGLY. Watched most of both of their games (I was bored, ok) and both games were just ugly displays of football.

The win over Jax St (20-17) came despite being outgained by the Gamecocks 403-148, and the win over ECU they once again got outgained 382-269 AND had 14 penalties for 113 yards. But a pick 6 for A&T when ECU was in a goal-to-go position and 2 other ECU turnovers were the difference.

Wow, I didn't realize those A&T stats, but despite that they will be a top 5 team this week in the polls. How would you like to be an ECU fan starting the season off with a loss to an in-state HBCU/FCS team.

GoPaladins.com is the latest iteration of The Unofficial Furman Football Page. Launched in August of 1996, The UFFP welcomes fans of all FCS football teams - and fans of the more inferior sports, too - for discussion, cameraderie, and even the occasional smack talk.

For example, Furman has nearly twice as many Southern Conference football championships as the next best SoCon member, and over three times as many as The Citadel....which is why they must carry our luggage
