Way early. Y

Seems it’s Furman/ WCU

then some run of Mercer / Samford / UTC. UTC did purity well vs a game KSU team

And then the BAD. Woff. Vmi. Citadel. ETSU. Maybe VMI is best of worst? At least Citadel has new coach. I know he was our guy so hate it but just don’t think Quarles is a HC. Maybe a coordinator. And Woff ? Not sure but to lose to PC? Wow

William and Mary, who is considered the top CAA team and consistently ranked ahead of Furman, squeaked out a win at Charleston Southern.
Not to mention beating Wofty only 23-6 at home.

Furman's gotta handle their business against Mercer.

Samford hosts UTC Saturday. Samford cannot afford another conference loss this early, especially against a team likely to be one of the last remaining in the playoff race with Furman still on the schedule.

If Furman can survive Mercer, they should get a winnable home game against El Cid and then have the real crucible of their schedule with Samford and WCU on the road in back to back weeks.

Not really related, but Dominic Morris made the box score in the Colorado/Colorado State game. He's listed as the second string nickel back on the Rams roster. He's credited with a few tackles in the first weeks of the season.
