Wasn't 2003 the year Brad Bell hit a Clemson kick returner so hard that the entire stadium let out an audible cringe?
I remember the play, not the year.
It was definitely 2003.

I know that in the coaching line dating all the way back to RBS, the Paladins have played very conservatively in the second half when sitting on a comfortable lead. For that reason, I'm not picking a score here. I expect CCH will play a lot of people in the second half which will lead to some cheap scores for the Pickens Countians, so it will be difficult to get a handle on the final margin of victory. I'm sure CCH will do the classy thing and not embarrass the host team too badly.

If I had to go out on a limb, the over/under should be around 63 with the Death Dealers having a plurality of those points. With the preseason out of the way, they can start getting ready for the opener at Elon.

In one of my best handicapping ever, I told my family and friends that I would give 40 or take 43. This was probably the best team a Furman team has ever faced. Beat Elon.
