Yeh I think BJU has a good intramural team, not sure its tackle football but could still work.

We've already played CIU (Columbia International University) in men's basketball. Since CIU appears to be continuing its expansion of athletics opportunities for their students, maybe some day soon we'll be able to call on them to play us.
