Cool. Went to the FU @ Bill & Mary game in W’Burg in ‘90, I believe. Paladins took an L, if I recall correctly, but it was quite a fun trip.

We can handle Bill just fine, but that Mary; she is a real wildcat!

Yep - it was 90...dedication of their “new” stadium...and a 38-28 Tribe victory

Game clips start @ about 7 minutes

Feels like a million years away, but those schedules are awesome for Furman. At Ole Miss and at William & Mary one year and at NC A&T, at Clemson and home vs William & Mary the next.

Everyone has been wanting a CAA home and home even though it does seem a long way off. Hopefully this is just a sign of things to come under Jason D. :D I'd really like to know what's cooking for next year. Right now we only have at Tennessee. Hoping we don't have to return the CSU game next year or any year for that matter.

A perfect out of conference opponent.

A bus ride, not a plane trip
A historically good team from a top conference
An academic profile similar to FU

Road tripped to Williamsburg in 1999, right after Hurricane Floyd hit the area. The Paladins hit Bill & Mary even harder, winning 52-6.

Great game, great town. Looking forward to 2024!

Why would anyone file a freedom of information request for football schedules?

GoPaladins.com is the latest iteration of The Unofficial Furman Football Page. Launched in August of 1996, The UFFP welcomes fans of all FCS football teams - and fans of the more inferior sports, too - for discussion, cameraderie, and even the occasional smack talk.

For example, Furman has nearly twice as many Southern Conference football championships as the next best SoCon member, and over three times as many as The Citadel....which is why they must carry our luggage
