Why have I not heard of this young man? He played high school at Legacy College and then sIgned with PC, where he was the Big South Freshman of the Year, and earned academic awards with a 3.77 GPA. He then transferred to Grand Canyon where he averaged 17 points a game. Yesterday, he scores 31 points to lead Grand Canyon to the Big Dance, winning Tournament MVP. He is 6-4, 195. ESPN called him the pride of Greenville, S.C. Well done young man. His twitter account (bigtimeray0) is a good read. Evidently, his coaching staff was begging Div. 1 schools to look at him. PC was his only offer. Anyone remember him? https://gculopes.com/sports/mens-basket ... ison/10266

Not sure why you haven't heard of him. He was their best player and leading scorer both of his two years at PC and averaged over 17 ppg each season. He led them with 15 points last season when the Paladins beat PC by 15. Maybe you lost interest in the game after we took a 20 point lead at the half and missed Harrison hitting some shots in the second half to cut into the final margin. He had to carry that team almost by himself. It looks like his percentages and efficiency are better with GCU now that he isn't such a one man band.
