I know, the obvious answer to my question is because of the west coast viewers. Why is the NC game played so late on a Monday night? Same for the women’s game. Same for the football NC game. If the NCAA cared about its fans, the games would start no later than 7:00 on a Saturday or Sunday. Forget the west coast. Those teams in seldom in the FInal Four and never in the football NC playoffs. Rant over.

Good question. And why is a NC Game shown on a cable channel instead of a national broadcast network like CBS? I'm sure the answer to both Q's has something to do with $$$.
