A William & Mary fan posted on their board a few days ago that W&M had lost 10 straight games against the spread and was 0-10 vs. D1 this year. He also pointed out that a bettor who bet $100 againat W&M in their first game and let the winnings ride in every following game would have won $406,000. If there was such a person, they are on suicide watch. W&M covered the spread while winning their first D1 game of the season tonight. They beat Hofstra, who were the top rated CAA team before the game and favored by up to 21 points.
