Michigan football parents host protest, marching from The Big House to The Diag

ANN ARBOR, Mich. — On a Saturday afternoon when Michigan football should have either been taking on Washington in Seattle or Purdue in Ann Arbor, instead there was a gathering of parents, players and fans in front of The Big House tunnel — because neither of the above scenarios were happening.

FUBeAR knows one of the Dad’s who marched. Good guy. Pretty sure he left his black bloc attire at home & remained non-violent.

Good for them. Fully support this. A march on Big Ten headquarters outside of Chicago might make more sense, but literally no one wants to go to Rosemont so I understand why they instead chose campus.

It's actually worth taking a walk through to see how an old mill was transformed into office spaces. The wooden floors were refinished, but you can still see every mark left over from the factory days. Very cool.

Might be, but that's not what I had in mind.
